Soon we will release our latest version of online project collaboration application. One of the very interesting features of this version is the Collaborative PDF Marker. When in the project folder, click on any PDF files. The file is opened in a window. You can draw, write or highlight any page in the PDF document. Any member of your project team can open the same file and see all actions you are performing on the file. You will notice who else has opened the file and you can collaborate in real-time. They can also write, highlight or draw on the document and you and anybody else who has opened the doc will see all changes instantly. This is a great collaboration tool for working on drawings, schematics, financial papers or any other document which is saved in PDF format. Using the PDF markup tool plus the group chat is an ideal way for brainstorming.
