Sure, if you\u2019re in the middle of the school run or are in a family dispute this isn\u2019t so convenient, but after the fact, this can be a great way to let off some steam.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Drink Some Herbal Tea<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/mental-health\/tea-for-stress#1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Herbal tea can be naturally calming<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
