As soon as you log in, you see what is important to you and can filters what others need to be working on every day.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Although creating tasks is as easy as adding an entry to a to-do list in Binfire, you can do a lot more with them. You can create tasks, break down big tasks to smaller tasks and break the subtasks yet to more subtasks. This is what is called WBS<\/a> (work breakdown structure).<\/span><\/p>\n

All task’s details are displayed in the right window. You can assign the same task to multiple people, follow tasks and attach files to a task.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can also collaborate on a task by commenting\u00a0and replying to comments from others.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3-Interactive Gantt<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You can view and manipulate your task graphically using the interactive Gantt<\/a>. As the saying goes a picture is worth a thousand word. An interactive picture which you can manipulate\u00a0any which way you want is invaluable!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4-Workspace <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You can see and manage all your projects from your workspace<\/a> page. See the status of each project. The burndown chart<\/a> is one of the best tools in figuring out if your projects are falling behind and will finish late or not.<\/span><\/p>\n

5-Easy status reporting<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Binfire includes a robust built-in message board similar to Slack. In fact, Binfire has had this message board long before Slack “invented” it. You can collaborate with members of your team securely. If you use Scrum, you can use the message board as a daily status reporting tool for daily scrum.<\/span><\/p>\n
