In this post, we will explain several scenarios where the Agile method is a suitable project management approach for your project.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>What is Agile Project Management?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binfire.com\/agile-project-management-software\/\">agile project management\u00a0method<\/a> is based on the 12 principles published in the <a href=\"https:\/\/agilemanifesto.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Agile Manifesto<\/a> written in 2003 by a group of software scientists.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">In Agile the project is divided into Short\u00a0iterations called Sprints.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">During each iteration, the team develops a working system, tests it completely and releases it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">The released product could be shipped to the customer or could be only an internal release. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">In the next iteration, the team enhances the previous work and releases a new product. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">This process continues until the product or the service has all the features envisioned in the original product specification. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">The Agile framework is based on small teams, working quickly to create working products or services\u00a0based on continuous customer\u00a0feedback.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Improved Product Development<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Products can be released before all the functionality is complete, thereby increasing the speed to market.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
