A few users have asked us what is our policy regarding safeguarding the user information we keep in our project management application, especially names and emails. It is very simple, we never share, sell, spam or give away our customer information to anybody or any corporation. In fact we are one of very few companies that do its best to minimize the amount of email a user gets.  We rarely send email to our users, and when we do it is because we have something important to tell our users about their account.

In addition all data in our servers is encrypted and we have hardware firewalls protecting our servers hotsed in Rackspace.

Be assuard that your information is safe and never shared!
