Tagging and Search

In both task and file tabs, we have added search to make it easier for you to find the items you are looking for. To make cataloging object easier, we have introduced tagging in the application. You can tag file and tasks. Let’s assume you tag a few tasks as bug. If in the search box you start typing Bug, you will notice “Tag :Bug” shown under the search box. Select it and press search, you notice that any task with tag name Bug is show. For search you can select more than one tag. The search logic is OR, so if you search for the tags bug and test, all tasks which have either bug o test for tag are shown.

You can the same way tag files. This helps finding file easier when you look for them. Assume you travel in Europe and visit Paris, London and Rome. You take many pictures. You can tag the pictures you take in Paris as Paris and in London as London and so forth. When you want to see all pictures from Paris, just search for the tag Paris, all picture from all folders are searched and if they have the tag Paris are shown.
