Getting Help

You can get help while in the site. Press the help button on the top right corner of your page. A form opens which allows you to write the issues or suggestions you might have. There is no need to enter your email or your name in this form, just the description of what is wrong or the help you need using a feature. A short time after you send us a message, a Binfire customer support representative will contact you via email with an answer.
