Uploading files to your web folder is easy. Go to files tab, there you can create new folders if you want to by using the controls on the top of the page. Use upload control to upload files to your folder. Spend a few minutes to learn the system. The interface is intuitive and doesn’t take too long to use the application. To join a group, go to the contact->Groups tab and search for the group you are interested. Send a request for membership. You can search for a group by name or its attributes. For example if you are interested in photography, type photography in the search box. All groups which deal with photography will be shown.
You can create your own group, by going to Contacts->groups->Create group. Every group has a folder which all group members have access to. As group owner you can control who can join the group, what level of permission each member has and the notification strategy for when files are uploaded, deleted or changed. You can customize your web page (in future web pages). You put the content, the pictures, video and audio files you want. You name your website any name you want. Go to home tab , upload you picture or your company logo, write your site description, upload multimedia files which you want your visitors to see and name you website.
